This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 84/2020 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 25 litre liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
