2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant being Field Officer of Samasta Micro Finance Ltd. returning to Tribeniganj after collecting the installments of the loan amount from different customer, on the way, four unknown miscreants riding on motorcycle snatched his bag containing the collected amount of Rs. 65,000/-, Receipt Book, Minute Book and Tab.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32930 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 accused Bittu Kumar. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 395 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
