Vide order dated 26.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45130 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 26.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45130 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017/G.R. No.1064 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Sub

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28726 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 Judge-IX-cum-ACJM, Patna and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact.
