Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 326(A), 326(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner caused injury with acid to Kailu Yadav. The Doctor has found safercial to deep burning on the left front of chest upper and middle part of the left side of neck and left side of chest as well as left side of scapula region and up to vertebral region. The injuries caused permanent disfiguration of face etc. The Doctor has found that same was caused by chemical burn. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018.

After hearing the parties and considering the nature

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26550 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.162 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Munger. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.

Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months preferably from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
