Advocate - 9, submits that ofcourse in compliance of the order of the writ court, a reasoned order has been passed, which has been brought on record alongwith show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 1 to 3 on 17th December, 2014, there are apparent errors in the order. He makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that if so advised, the petitioner may assail the order i.e. order of the Joint Secretary, Deptt. of Health, Bihar, Patna contained in Memo No. 255(2) dated 14-02-2014 in appropriate proceeding.
The prayer is allowed.
