The present MJC has been preferred for compliance of order dated 03.10.2018 in CWJC No.18503 of 2018. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party Bihar State Housing Board annexing the order vide memo no.5033 dated 23.11.2022 passed by his Managing Director in which differencing the case of the petitioner with Ramdhani Singh his claim has been rejected.
