Patna High Court CWJC No.12153 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioners in Armourar cadre, after allowing the petitioners to participate in pre requisite course of Armourar constable or to absorb the petitioner in armourar cadre on the basis of certificate of course on Basic Armourar issued by North Eastern Police Academy, Meghalaya and for grant of all consequential benefits. of all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Inspector General of Police, Provision, Bihar, Patna i.e. the Respondent No. 4, for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the Respondent No. 4, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
