That the petitioners pray for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to absorb the petitioners on the post of Class III/IV under the Respondent State as the petitioners are exinstructor of Non-Formal Education on several grounds including that the State Government has decided to absorb the non-formal educational supervisor on class III posts. And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks
