2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act
3. According to F.I.R., on secret information that some miscreants were about to commit crime, a raid was conducted in which co-accused Ajit Kumar was apprehended along with one country made pistol, one live cartridge and a mobile phone and disclosed the name of petitioner and others who allegedly fled away from the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ajit Kumar who was apprehended on the spot. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Bangra P. S. Case No. 16 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
