The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that, on 24.05.2017, informant, Salim Khalifa, had gone to Purnia to attend the marriage function of his relative. On same day, he received information that his son Md. Sharif is laying in unconscious condition at Lakhaminia Bajar, on which, he proceeded from Purnea and reached at Sadar Hospital, and found that his son was dead. The informant raised suspicion against his neighbours, Bhuwan Khalifa, Shamsher Khalifa, K.B. Khalifa, Subhash Khalifa, Jeepur @ Manish Khalifa, Amar Khalifa, Madhu Devi and the petitioner about killing of his

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P.S.
