JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katihar Manihari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 323, 313, 504 and 506/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this case Complaint Case is filed after lapse of three months. Further submission is that on perusal of Medical Report, it appears that the victim is aged about 17-18 years, major, and no sign of rape is found.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50412 of 2017 (3) dt.11-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S.
