The petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The Seizure List shows that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.34132 of 2018(3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
