JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused Happy Singh and Mannu Singh fired at the deceased causing his instantaneous death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 15.8.2020. Similarly situated co-accused Suchitra Devi has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide paragraph 12 of the bail petition Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
