The petitioner seekS pre-arrest bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No.66 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448, 452, 504, 376, 511, 506, 34 of I.P.C and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation is that in the evening of 21.3.2018 Munni Lal Yadav who happens to be the husband of the informant Manju Devi had gone to attend the call of nature in the eastward field of her house At that time Suresh Yadav, Satyendra Yadav, Bablu Yadav and Shibu Yadav saw her husband upon which Shibu Yadav told Suresh Yadav to kill the husband of the informant and this petitioner opened fire to kill him but anyhow he succeeded in

After three days of the occurrence in the night all the aforesaid persons entered the house of the informant and tried to commit rape upon her pressing her mouth and breast but on raising alarm by her and her sister all the miscreants fled away. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that, in fact, the present case is the counter blast of an F.I.R. lodged by father of co-accused Sanjay Yadav and Shibu Yadav bearing Narhat P.S.Case No.64 of 2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in Narhat P.S. Case No.66 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
