Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.176 of 2022, dated 19.04.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Saran at Chapra.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29424 of 2023(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
