2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Complaint Case No. 114 of 2024 under which the cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 504 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to matrimonial discord and he has fair and clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are exaggerated and not supported by the materials on record and the statement of witnesses recorded during inquiry does not fully support the prosecution case. No.28365 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 further submitted that no specific allegation of demand of dowry has been made and there are multiple litigations pending between the parties including divorce proceeding filed by the petitioner and the maintenance as well as domestic violence proceedings initiated by the complainant, which indicates that the present case has been filed as counterblast.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, coupled with petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Madhubani Complaint Case No. 114 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
