In this case, the petitioner is claiming Rs. 41,996.20/- having been claimed as per agreement, he has installed the Solar High Mast Lighting System at 42 places but, the petitioner has not been paid the amount.
Let the petitioner should approach to the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Rosera, Samastipur who will examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has done the job successfully, the admitted about should be paid to him but, if the Executive Officer will not agree with the claim of the petitioner he,
Patna High Court CWJC No.7045 of 2015 dt.01-09-2017 after hearing the petitioner as also after considering all the proceedings, will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
