08-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner alongwith coaccused Ghanshyam Prasad Kushwaha was rejected, vide order dated 20-11-2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53867 of 2019 (Annexure - 1 to the bail petition).

On the last occasion, vide order dated 27-11-2020, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'A' and from perusal of the same, it appears that five prosecution witnesses have already been examined in the case and rest five witnesses are to be examined, including doctor and I.O. of the case.
