The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.218 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326A, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR that she attacked upon the informant and threw acid on her face causing injury, which fact finds support from the medical report, I am not inclined to grant her pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, her application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
