2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death of the informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and has no concern with the affairs of the couple. He is living separately. As a matter of fact the deceased committed suicide in a room which was bolted from inside. As per the postmortem report the cause of death was asphyxia. Specific allegation is against husband who was remanded in judicial custody on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31510 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 03.07.2021 and has been released on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13047 of 2024. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C-XXI, Patna in connection with in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
