No one appears for the opposite party.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No.652 of 2012 from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria. It appears that the petitioner had been compelled to leave her matrimonial home and thereafter, the present case was filed by the opposite party to put unnecessary pressure and harass the petitioner and create a ground for divorce. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an unemployed girl and has to face a lot of problems in travelling from Khagaria to Patna to contest

Patna High Court MJC No.4734 of 2014 (6) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 the matter, which has been filed by her husband. It is further submitted that she also has deep anxiety in coming and appearing in the court at Patna as she has to appear there by herself and is also in acute financial constraints.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there being no resistance to the claim of the petitioner for transfer of the case, let Matrimonial Case No.652 of 2012 be transferred from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria.

Let the records of aforementioned case be sent forthwith to the Family Court, Khagaria for appropriate further action.

The application stands disposed of.
