2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 576 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, jewellery worth rupees one crore was looted in a dacoity committed in broad day light. The name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the broad day light dacoity in the jewellery
