2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Taraiyan P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not present in his house. In fact, the petitioner is working in a shop in Panchkulla, Chandigarh and after coming to know about the occurrence, he took Indigo flight to Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed the boarding

Learned counsel adverting to the postmortem report of the deceased has submitted that no external injuries have been found on the body of the deceased and the cause of death was opined as asphyxia due to hanging.
5. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2026 having clean antecedent.
6. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner is involved in the killing of the deceased.
7. From the reading of the FIR, no specific allegation has been levelled against the present petitioner and the petitioner, who was working at Panchkulla, Chandigarh and was not present at his house on the date of occurrence, this application is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Taraiyan P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025.
9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made
