Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 331 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 and later on under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected.

If no substantial progress takes place in the trial within the aforesaid period, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after 10 months.
