The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pratapganj P. S. Case No. 27 of 2018 instituted under Sections 291,353,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 37(a) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 It is submitted that petitioner has not taken any liquor nor apprehended at the spot rather as per FIR itself, it is disclosed that he had turned up to take back his brother who was in drunken condition; moreover, petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Bisho Marik, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
