Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.532 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29250 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 17.01.2023 and 09.01.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.66404 of 2022, Cr.Misc.No.68587 of 2022 and Cr.Misc.No.59738 of 2022 respectively vide Annexure 2 series.
Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2 series, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.532 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
