The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that one Ajay Kumar Mandal was apprehended by the police in a running train and he disclosed that the petitioners and others had boarded the train in order to commit dacoity as also the fact that the petitioners are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60976 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 involved in some more cases of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail even though some other accused persons have been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court. The application is dismissed.
