The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner to connect the petitioner in crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner next contended that petitioner was remanded in the instant case on 25.1.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to

Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned S.D.J.M.
