JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 09-03-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties we are of the considered view that now the directions issued by this Court in the Writ Petition way back in the year 2012, i.e., in CWJC No. 5433 of 2010 has been substantively complied with by the Municipal Corporation and no further monitoring of the issue is called for as the incinerator plant installed for disposal of carcass has also been made functional w.e.f. 01.02.2018.

Specific instances of violation can be brought to the notice of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, who shall deal with the same.
Accordingly, now finding no further substantive ground to be taken in the contempt application, the application stands disposed of.
However, in case any specific issue still remains to be resolved, petitioner will have liberty to represent the Municipal Corporation and, then with regard to the specific issue pertaining to specific area, to file a petition before this Court.
