The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.353 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 436, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and started abusing the informant. When the informant made protest, the petitioners assaulted the informant and her daughter. The petitioners also threatened the

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that during supervision, the SDPO vide para 16 of the case diary found the case true only under Sections 341, 323, 447, 463 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no specific allegation of setting fire in the house of the informant against the petitioners. It is submitted that all family members have been made accused in the present case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail application.

Taking into consideration the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.
