2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023 registered on 11.06.2023 under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant happens to be the daughter-in-law of these petitioners who are alleged to have tortured her due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry and ultimately ousted her from her matrimonial house on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32199 of 2024(2) dt.21-05-2024 2/2 19.04.2023 after snatching her belongings.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and business. Allegation of torture and harassment is general and omnibus and no overt act has been attributed to the petitioners.

5. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, hereby, allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
