The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. From perusal of paragraph nos. 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the case diary, it appears that there is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence and on the date of occurrence, the deceased reached his sasural in abnormal condition.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.614 of 2017 (4) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
