KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in Atri P.S. Case No.113 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

Allegations against the petitioners are of recovery of country made mahua liquor, and utensils from the respective houses of the petitioners and seeing police they fled from their houses and their name was disclosed by Chowkidar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from their possession and on the basis

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, le the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Excise, Gsys, in Atri P.S.
