2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- "(i) For a direction to the concern authority for disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1129 of 2025 dt.19-09-2025 2/3 (ii) For a direction to the concern authority to lodge FIR against private respondent for grab the property and other offences which has been committed by them.

(iii) To get possession upon the land bearing thana Rupauli Khata NO. 249 Khesra No. 241, 319 area 0.69 decimal which has been forcefully possessed by the private Respondents however petitioner has no alternative residence for property or residence and construct a house for him. (iv) For a direction to the concern authority to vacate the land which is in question which has been forcefully possessed by the private respondent.

(v) For other relief/reliefs to the petitioner in the interest of justice.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is restricting his prayer only to relief no. (i) and submits that though a number of representations have been filed before the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance, but no action has been taken. Annexure 4 series is the representations made before the different authority including the District Magistrate, Purnea. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if this Court issues a direction to the District Magistrate, Purnea to dispose of the representation dated 21.01.2025 filed by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1129 of 2025 dt.19-09-2025 3/3 has no objection to the prayer of the petitioner and he fairly submits that the District Magistrate would look into the matter and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner after due consideration.

In the light of submission of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Purnea to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, said to have been filed on 21.01.2025, if still pending, on its own merit in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
