The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of honorarium for the period the petitioner has worked as Tola Sewak.

The issue as to the payment of honorarium of Tola Sewak depends on the verification of the records. The records are available with the respondents and as such the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer(Literacy), Saharsa to examine the records and if it is found that the petitioner has not been paid honorarium for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15239 of 2014(3) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 period the petitioner has worked as Tola Sewak, necessary order for payment of honorarium may be passed by the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Saharsa within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and in case on verification of records, it is found that nothing is payable to the petitioner, the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Saharas will pass appropriate order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
