Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Anshuman Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Opp.Party no.2/ Directorate of Revenue, Intelligence, Govt. of India, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that if the petitioner appears before the court below within six weeks from today and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order
