JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Mr. Gagan Deo Yadav, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below and seek regular bail.

Whenever such a petition would be filed, the Court below shall look into the matter with an open mind and shall not be prejudiced with the fact that the present petition for the anticipatory bail has not been entertained. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
