2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 15.05.2015 passed in Case No. 62 of 2014, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
