Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 432 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act read with sections 8(c), 20(b) (I)B of N.DP.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits in the instant case total 4,340 kgs. of ganja was seized and from the possession of this petitioner one country made pistol was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2018.
