The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 272, 273, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 1331 liters 82 ml. of illicit foreign liquor and 6.40 quintal ground nut have been recovered from the Tata 407 vehicle and this petitioner alongwith three other persons are alleged to have fled, away after leaving the said vehicle, from the place of occurrence.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 76 of 2021.
