Learned counsel for the State in view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit submits that the petitioner's grievance raised in this writ application has already been redressed, inasmuch as, the impugned order of transfer has been rescinded and the petitioner has been allowed to continue on the same place, wherein, he was continuing earlier.

That being so, this writ application has become infructuous and is, accordingly disposed of.
