2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner inform this Court that as on date the dues on account of non-payment of 25% gratuity and 25% of arrears of A.C.P. of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner had died in harness.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that steps have already been taken with respect to payment of remaining amount of gratuity and arrears of A.C.P. and accepted that the same will be credited into the account of the petitioner forthwith within a short span of time.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the University, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5, Registrar of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, to ensure that the payment on account of above dues is credited in the account of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
