2. On 19.08.2017, the Court had recorded the following order:

"The issues involved in the present case are identical to that of the issues involved in CWJC No. 15328 of 2016 which has been referred to a Larger Bench.

In that view of the matter, list this matter after disposal of the aforesaid CWJC No. 15328 of 2016."

3. C.W.J.C. No. 15328 of 2016, was referred to the Larger Bench and the question having been answered by order dated 02.05.2018, was sent back to the Single Bench for consideration and finally by judgment and order dated 13.07.2018, has been disposed

4. In view thereof, the present writ application also stands disposed off in the same terms as order dated 13.07.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 15328 of 2016.
