The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 154/2016 registered under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that the petitioners being the father-in-law and the mother-in-law of the informant used to lock the house while she went to school and she was compelled to live out of the house in the night. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband and on account of family dispute, the informant lodged this case only to put undue pressure for partition of the property. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55583 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 154/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
