2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 353, 379, 307, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, sections 337, 338, 332, 333 of the IPC were added.
3. As per the prosecution case, 13 FIR named accused persons including petitioner variously armed and 100150 unknown persons assaulted the informant along with other police officials and obstructed the police officials in discharging their official duty.

There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
