2. On 24.07.2017, on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was adjourned for three weeks to enable him to file reply to the counter affidavit. No such reply has been filed.

3. In the counter affidavit, the stand is that all retiral dues to the extent legally admissible have been paid.

4. In view of the fact that no rejoinder has been filed to the counter affidavit, despite time having been taken by learned counsel for the petitioner to do so, the Court can only presume that the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid.
