Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 131/2020 / 172/2020 arising out of Hajipur P.S. Case No. 1052 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation as well as recovery of looted gold which is more than 7 Kg from the house of the present petitioner as per the seizure memo and in view of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38234 of 2021(7) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 the progress in trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously .
