The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 registered under Sections 365/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant to way when she had gone to attend the call of nature. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in fact, there was love affair in between the daughter of the informant and Kamdeo Sada, but petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to ill motive. P.C., in which, she has stated about carrying her by the petitioners and Kamdeo Sada, but she further stated that she was left at the house of Lila Devi in village Betauna and she was not ill treated in any manner by the petitioners..
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S.
