2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the son of the informant on 10 .07.2022 suddenly went missing. Then he alongwith others started searching when suddenly he heard noises from a bush and saw that all the accused persons including these petitioners were present there armed with danda and axe, on seeing informant they started running away. When he reached near the Baswari he saw his son lying dead with

4. It is submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that this petitioner along with other coaccused were seen at the place of occurrence with deadly weapons and on seeing the informant all the accused persons fled away.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
