The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation it has come in the statement of co-accused Manoj Kumar Singh that this petitioner was present at the time of introduction of unknown person as Ganesh Singh and this petitioner also identified that person as Ganesh Singh.

No.52847 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
